How Void Sight works
The Priestess grants Void Sight during Ancient Ruins story progression. It allows Void materials to appear throughout the Mines and does not need to be cast before fishing.
Why you cannot find one
Void Sight is not unlocked
Continue the Mines and Priestess questline. Reaching an earlier biome is not enough.
You are targeting the wrong shadow
Void Pearl comes from a small fish shadow, not medium or large.
You are on a Seal floor
Move away from floors 20, 40, 60, and 80.
You are searching for a forageable
Void Pearl is the fishing item in the Void material group; it is not a ground pickup or normal monster drop.
What Void Pearl is used for
Creating the Void Mass requires five each of Void Stone, Void Powder, Void Herb, and Void Pearl. The pearl also belongs to the Museum’s Void Forage Set and appears in high-level Woodcrafting and Dragon-Forge recipes.
